Independent Advice Contact Form
The team are here to help you throughout your studies. The service that we provide is free, confidential and unbiased and as Independent Advisors, we are here to support you – the students!

Our main area of work is providing academic support when things don’t go to plan, ranging from offering feedback on Extenuating Circumstances or Academic Appeal applications to advising students on the Complaints procedure. We can also provide support through the Academic Misconduct process, including discussing the process and attending your hearing as an observer. We are also responsible for administering the Students’ Association Crisis Fund which is there to support you when you are in a financial emergency.

Please bear in mind we are unable to assist you with general university administrative queries such as Finance, Visa, Letter Request, References, Graduation and Timetable Issues. You can find an answer to most of your queries on our Help Centre https://bpp-13fd3e55182.my.site.com/s/

BPP has a dedicated Student Support Team available to assist you with these matters. You can contact the team in person at your campus Student Support Desk or through the Student Support Assistant. To access the Student Support Assistant, log in to the Hub, select "Help and Support" (https://hub.bpp.com/account/help), and then click the "Ask Me Anything" box to start a new chat.
