If you booked a place at the BPP Spring 2026 graduation ceremony and have changed your mind, or can no longer attend, please let us know by filling out this form.

We have limited seating available and want all graduands to have a chance to attend a ceremony, if possible. If you let us know that you no longer plan to attend your ceremony, we can release your seat to someone who does want to come.

This form gives you the option to cancel your Spring 2026 ceremony place. If you cancel, you can either graduate in absentia, or defer to a future ceremony.

Please note: If you have hired a gown or booked a photography package through Ede & Ravenscroft, you will need to cancel your order directly with them. Please ensure that any cancellations are made in accordance with Ede & Ravenscroft’s cancellation policy, which requires at least 7 days’ written notice by email prior to the date of your ceremony.

Graduating in Absentia
Graduating in Absentia means you fully graduate without attending your graduation ceremony:

You will still receive your graduation award certificate by post (for more information see the Awards page)
Your name will be in the graduation brochure (check for an 'on the day' page on the Graduations webpage the day after the graduation ceremony).

Deferring your place
If you are unable to attend the Spring 2026 ceremonies, you can choose to defer to the Autumn 2026 or Spring 2027 ceremonies.
